Wow we had an overwhelming response to our dinner at IAAPA, we sold out the 175 spaces in 2 days! Several people have called asking to be added but we don't have any more room. There is no cancellation list which some have asked about so if you did not respond in the first two days after the email to reserve your spot I am truly sorry. Looks like we need to reserve the whole restaurant next year.

So for the dinner it will be at Texas de Brazil at 5259 International Dr #1, Orlando, FL 32819 and dinner starts at 7 pm so get there early if you want to be inside the private rooms. The only people that will be allowed to this dinner are the ones that have their name on the list. The people on our list will be issued wrist bands at the restaurant. Identification will be required by the hostess at the restaurant.

If you want to invite someone other than what is on our list you may do so but they will be responsible for their meal. They will not be allowed to sit with our group as we have limited seating available but they might be a table or so away from the main group.

Yes this dinner is an adult only event. Some of the language will not be suitable for children. We will be covering the cost of your dinner plus coffee, soft drinks. Alcohol is on you for this evening.

This has been a great networking event every year. Our customers are able to speak with our employees and to share ideas with other rental companies. The food is awesome, the service is awesome, and the smiles at the end of the meal are awesome! Look forward to seeing all of you at our booths or at the restaurant.
