HOW TO MAKE AN EXTRA $2000-5000 PER YEAR
BY USING THE CIA FOR YOUR PAINTBALL INSURANCE WITHOUT AGE RESTRICTIONS!
Now you can take advantage of having no age restrictions on your paintball insurance policy and start increasing your revenue!. The CIA program is the only paintball insurance program not to have age restrictions. Let’s see how that helps your bottom line this year.
Now we all know that parents will pay good money for a child’s birthday party whether it is at Chuck E. Cheese or a family fun center like Pump It Up, which both have great business models. This will include some sort of food like pizza and soda and some sort of fun like arcade games. They will spend 1-2 hours at the facility minimum, and spend some good money. Let’s look at what you can pay for a child’s birthday party at one of the competitors locations and apply it to a paintball event. Most birthday parties are around 10-20 children, right?

Now look at what $11.99 vs $16.99 gets you at this location (click here). Remember a minimum of 10 children in a birthday party. That is $119.99 to $169.99 for a day fo 10 per party for 2 hours of fun. Let’s look at the cost of what it could cost you for a paintball party for 10 children. Now think of the different level of fun that they would have at a family fun center versus your paintball park.
Now in order to understand the concept of a birthday party you
need to go and become a student of what a birthday party means
to the child and the parent, which usually has the mother putting it
on. There is huge peer pressure to have a better birthday party
then the one they attended at the neighbor’s child’s party last
month. So what better bang for the buck then a paintball party
with options for younger kids who just want to shoot a paintball
gun at something!
Now you need to go to a Chuck E. Cheese AND an indoor jump house location like Pump It Up and see what is going on. Spend at least one hour there with your spouse and manager making notes of the kids AND the parents involvement in the party event. Does the birthday child get noticed by ALL the employees? Is there name on a board announcing their special day or announced on the PA system?

What you will find out is that parents want to take their children’s birthday party to somewhere where they do not have to do anything, not cook, not clean up after the mess and have someone take over being the entertainer. The birthday child needs to be recognized as much as the parents of the birthday child at this event. What can be more perfect than your paintball field!

What you will need is to hire energetic help. I would say that you could find a few at high school and college level. These employees need to love being around kids and entertaining them. I would hire a few girls as they have better organizational skills and address the overall “look” of the party better then guys. They will usually make sure that the table clothes are on the tables, the correct plates, saucers for cakes and cups are there etc.

Yes you should have picnic tables at your field if you want to make money with birthday parties. You will need some shade areas with a tent for summer or inclement weather days. You will need some folding chairs for the parents to sit down and view their children having fun. You will need a fantastic target range with several items, different size to shoot. Throw in a few stuffed animals to shoot at, some golf balls, tennis balls, soft balls, and soccer ball on strings. Something that spins when you hit it. Some pots that make noise when you hit it. Ah yes and make sure that the target area will be safe, have it netted all the way around, and have it wide enough for 10-15 players.

Now look at what could happen at your paintball park instead of the other places. Notice that the first two price packages are for just target shooting, they never shoot at each other. As you already know more paint is shot at the target range than on the field with recreational players. You could throw in your ref dress up as a sheriff and have that ref padded up with protection and have the OK corral scenario where it is the sheriff vs all the children in a gun battle. Give each child 6 paintballs, the old six shooter scenario. Have the other ref on the field call it out and let the kids shoot the sheriff!

You could set up 2 targets at the back of the netted field and have the kids shoot at the targets from the 50 yard line to see who hits the targets and they get a special prize. This is a quick entertainment idea and a great way to shoot 10-20 balls.

You could use two refs to run around the back of the field from bunker to bunker and the kids can shoot at them from their 40 yard line trying to hit the refs, maybe dress them up in a costume.

Now your younger players have experienced paintball in a safe environment, without pain, with the parents watching and learning, and you have had the opportunity to make an additional profit that you might not have had the opportunity to make in the past. This will take a little planning on your staff’s part but the rewards are fantastic. Just think how many children in that group of 10 are going to tell their friends about the birthday party they went to? How many children of that birthday party will want to have their birthday party at your paintball park? Maybe 2 or 3 will be booking within the next couple of months as most are in the same grade or school.
