    • Businesses need several types of coverage in order to make sure that they are properly covered. The types of insurance that you will need will vary depending on the nature of your business.

    • Can you get a seasonal policy?

      Unfortunately we do  not offer seasonal policies for family entertainment centers, indoor inflatable centers, paintball, airsoft, etc.

      Please contact our office at 864-688-0121 if you are in need of coverage with a policy term that is shorter than one year.

    • Do I have to pay in full?

      Sometimes the carrier requires payment in full. If not, a down payment, or minimum earned premium, would need to be made and financing would be available for the balance.

      What payment types are accepted?

      We accept payment by check, PayPal or credit card. We can accept Visa, Mastercard & Discover Card. There is a 4% processing charge for credit card & PayPal payments. In order to pay by credit card you must also fill out a credit card authorization form.

      Can we accept electronic checks?

      Sorry, we do not have the capability to
      accept electronic checks.

    • How much does it cost?

      That all depends on the specifics of your business, we can give you a rough estimate but you need to fill out an application in order to get an accurate quote.

    • When will my policy be effective?

      Your policy will be effective the day after we receive your payment and all signed forms needed to bind the coverage. Please refer to your quote for all the forms we would need.

      When do I get my certificate of insurance?

      We can normally issue a certificate of insurance a few minutes after binding. Some carriers may take 24-48 hours before issuing a policy number which can delay the issuance of the certificate.

      Paintball, Airsoft & Laser Tag: Completed Application, Field Diagram, Safety rules, Waiver, Loss Runs (if you have had previous insurance)

      Indoor Inflatable Centers: Completed Application(s), Daily Safety Checklist, Waiver, Rules of Play, Business Plan (If you are a new business), Evacuation Diagram, Loss Runs (if you have had previous insurance), Equipment List, Lease Agreement, Resume (if you are a new business)

      Family Entertainment Center: Completed Application, Daily Safety Checklist, Waiver, Business Plan (If you are a new business), Resume (if you are a new business), Loss Runs (if you have had previous insurance)

      How long will it take?

      It typically will take up to 3 days to get a quote once all the complete required forms have been submitted.
