We're here and ready to cover you! Once you have bound coverage with us, we will issue you a certificate as a proof that you are insured. The certificate will show the effective date of your policy, the type of insurance coverage that you have purchased, and the amount of liability covered. We can also add an additional insured to your policy if one of your customers, landlords, or others that you would like to add in your policy.

Once you have decided to add an additional insured to your policy, please remember that not all of the additional insureds can be added to your policy for free. This would be determined on the reason why the additional insured is being added. Remember to talk to your agent when adding an additional insured to make sure that you are not incurring any more charges to your bill.

What is an additional insured?

An additional insured is an individual or entity that is not automatically included as an insured under the policy of another, but for whom the named insureds policy provides a certain degree of protection. An endorsement is typically required to effect additional insured status.
